Refund & Return Policy
- According to Nirav Clinic’s refund & return policy if any customer has been delivered a product that he was not ordered by him or if the customer has mistakenly ordered wrong model of the product. So, in this scenario the product can be returned and the money will refunded as soon as possible.
- And in the second case if the customer receives a product that has a manufacturing defect then he/she would be refunded the product price immediately.
- The only case in which the product and money can not be returned is when the customer has used the product even only once. So if the product is used it can be returned or refunded.
